AI delivery agent for Jira, Azure DevOps and GitHub

The backlog
writes the code
back to you.

Blue Mantis reads a work item the way an engineer does — hierarchy, acceptance criteria, the repository it belongs to — then runs four agents against it — Raptia and Fovea generate competing suggestions, Synthesia ranks them, and the pull request opens. Run it now, or queue tonight's work and read the diffs in the morning.

No agent runs without your credentials, and none of them leave your repository.

Epic → PR
One thread from the work item to the branch, the commit and the review.
6 agents
Raptia and Fovea generate. Synthesia ranks. Veria reviews. Aegis secures. Narratia documents. One pipeline, end to end.
Every 5 min
The dispatcher claims scheduled runs around the clock, then emails you the result.
Tests too
Given/When/Then cases generated, committed to the PR, and pushed back to your tracker. Selected cases become tracker test items in one click.
Security too
Aegis scans every committed change for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. High findings block the PR. Remediate Now fixes them in the same session.

Seven steps, one thread

From the credential you paste on day one to the test case that lands back in Jira, every step is scoped to your account and your repository.

01
Connect
Paste your GitHub and tracker credentials. They are stored against your user, never shared.
02
Bind a project
A three-step wizard ties one tracker project to one repository, validating both live.
03
Sync
The epic→story→task tree lands on a board, parents resolved, closed items cleaned up.
04
Author
Write items locally or push them upstream, or have an epic broken down into children you approve.
05
Run
Now, or scheduled up to thirty days out. Raptia and Fovea generate in parallel — using your detected stack profile to write idiomatic code for React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or Go. Synthesia produces a ranked shortlist with a confidence score and per-dimension breakdown.
06
Commit
The chosen suggestion becomes a branch, a commit and a pull request; the item moves to review.
07
Test
Given/When/Then cases specific to your acceptance criteria — not generic templates. The test script stacks onto the same PR. Selected cases push back to your tracker as test items.
08
Secure
Aegis scans the committed change for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities using a frontier security model. High and Critical findings block the PR via a GitHub status check. Medium and Low findings create tracker tickets. Remediate Now starts a new run to fix the issue immediately.
09
Document
Narratia generates an operational runbook: what changed, deployment steps, rollback procedure, validation commands, and known risks from Veria and Aegis. Pushed to Confluence, Notion, or committed as Markdown to the same PR branch.
10
Repeat
The dispatcher sweeps every five minutes and emails you when a scheduled run lands.

Where it plugs in

SystemWhat Blue Mantis does
JiraSyncs the epic→story→task hierarchy into a board and writes items and test cases back on request.
Azure DevOpsThe same sync against Azure Boards, with Feature mapped onto epic.
GitHubBranch, commit and pull request, with stack detection on connect. The primary provider.
Azure ReposCommits and pull requests against an existing file tree.

What we don't do

We don’t hold shared credentials. Every key is stored against your user record and tested the moment you save it. No pooled key, no environment fallback in production.

We don’t merge anything. Blue Mantis opens the pull request. Your review rules and your CI decide whether it lands.

We don’t rewrite your board. Items and test cases go upstream only when you ask. The single automatic write-back is a status change when an item closes.

We don’t guess your stack. Stack detection reads the bound repository so the agents write your framework, not generic pseudocode.
